The external clamp profile provides abrasion protection and securely clamps the hose wall within the clamp profile. NORRES specifies very good heat resistance, anti-adhesive properties, good resistance to alkalis and acids, and extremely good resistance to chemicals. The PTFE film has a surface resistance below 106 Ω.
